WEEKLY RENTAL PRICES FOR 2024
1st May to 30th June Euro 4,250 per week
1st July to 9th September Euro 4,700 per week
10th September to 4th November Euro 4,250 per week
The prices above are on a self catering basis, and based on a maximum party size of 8 people. There is a supplement of Euro 350 per person per week applicable to any additional guests.
All utilities and reasonable air conditioning usage are included within the pricing above. Transfers are not included.
We can put you in touch with transfers and adapted car hire and adapted taxi operators.
We also ask for a security deposit of GBP 1,000 returnable at the end of your stay.

PAYMENT TERMS
30% deposit due at time of booking.
70% final payment due six weeks prior to your arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a simple policy which follows accepted guidelines for rental properties. If you have to cancel your holiday 6 months or more prior to your arrival date we offer a full refund minus a fee of Euro 100 to cover our admin.
If you cancel within 6 months prior to arrival we will issue you a refund of your deposit if we are able to resell substantially the same dates.
Please ensure that you have adequate holiday insurance to cover cancellation and full medical expenses.
